Your Retreat Schedule*

Indulge in the perfect blend of restoration and self development.  Intensive skills sessions, immersive self discovery, calming guided practices and more - all set within the newly refurbished Bygone Hotel in the picturesque Texas Hill Country.

Friday Nov 7 |  Arrival & Grounding

1:00 – 3:00 PM → Check-In & Settle In (Flexible Arrival Window)

• Optional Self-Guided Grounding Activities:

• Nature Trail Walk

• Reading Room (quiet reflection, journaling, reading)

• Pool time

 

3:30 – 4:30 PM → Welcome Circle & Intention Setting (Led by Kelly & Jess)

• Light Breathwork & Body Scan (Led by Kelly)

• "Meaning of Reset" and "Where I hold stress in my body" Group reflection and Journaling  (Led by Jess)

 

4:30 – 6:00 PM → Yin Yoga + Yoga Nidra (Led by Kelly)

• A grounding Yin practice followed by guided Yoga Nidra for deep rest and nervous system downshift

 

6:30 – 8:00 PM → Dinner (Chef-Prepared Group Meal)

•  Farm to Table fresh, nourishing, grounding food

• Casual conversation at a shared table

• After eating there will be time for guests to return to rooms afterward to change into something cozy

 

8:30 – 9:00 PM → Candlelight Journaling (Led by Jess)

Evening Journaling: Finding Safety Through Breath

  • When do I feel most safe and at ease in my body?

  • What helps me slow down and feel grounded?

  • What sensations, thoughts, or emotions came up during breathwork tonight?

 

9:00 PM → Evening Ends / Free Time

• Guests may move to the fire pit (weather permitting), stay in the reading room, or find another cozy space on the property to continue journaling or unwind

Saturday: Education, Somatic Practice & Integration

7:30 – 8:00 AM → Sunrise Meditation on the Deck (Led by Kelly)

 

8:00 – 9:00 AM → Slow Flow Yoga for Nervous System Regulation (Led by Kelly)

• Breath-led, gentle movement to activate the parasympathetic nervous system

 

9:00 – 10:00 AM → Breakfast & Free Time

• Free Time Options: Pool, sauna, nature trail, reading room, journaling, or rest

 

10:00 – 11:30 AM → Workshop Block One (Split Groups)

• Option 1: Somatic Practices for Emotional Release (Led by Jess)

• Option 2: Therapeutic Nervous System Education (Led by Kelly)

• By the end, attendee will have a grasp of Polyvagal theory, understanding stress responses, identify stress signals, triggers, and regulation tools

 

11:30 AM – 2:00 PM → Lunch & Extended Free Time

• Guests may leave the property to explore town, grab lunch, or relax onsite

• Onsite options: hike, pool, sauna, reading room, journaling, nap

 

2:00 – 3:30 PM → Workshop Block Two

• Participants switch and attend the other session from the morning

 

3:30 – 4:30 PM → Reset / Rest Break

 

4:30 – 5:30 PM → Nervous System Activation  (Led by Jess)

• Be guided into a state of calm energy, ready to be directed towards growth

• Breathwork and Yoga Flow

• Group discussion and reflection

 

5:30 PM - 6:30 PM → Get Ready for Dinner / Personal Transition Time

 

6:30 – 8:00 PM → Dinner (Chef-Prepared Group Meal)

•  Farm to Table fresh, nourishing, grounding food

• Casual conversation at a shared table

• After eating guests are encouraged to return to rooms afterward to change into something cozy

 

8:30 – 9:00 PM → Candlelight Journaling (Led by Kelly) 

Evening Journaling: Listening to the Body, Honoring the Self

  • What is my nervous system asking for more of — and less of?

  • What part of me softened (let go, relaxed) this weekend?

  • What part of me awakened (gained clarity, had a realization)?

  • How can I support myself in carrying this forward?

• Guests may move to the fire pit (weather permitting), stay in the reading room, or find another cozy space on the property to continue journaling or unwind

Sunday: Integration & Closing

7:30 – 8:00 AM → Sunrise Meditation (Led by Jess)

 

8:00 – 9:00 AM → Slow Flow + Yin Integration Practice (Led by Jess)

• A gentle movement practice with grounding postures for full-body integration

 

9:00 – 10:00 AM → Breakfast, Pack Up & Final Free Time

 

10:00 – 11:00 AM → Closing Circle & Integration Plan (Led by Kelly & Jess)

• "Planting the seeds of intention"

  • Final group activity & reflection

• Optional sharing and group gratitude
