Join us for a transformative experience at the Nervous System Reset retreat, set in the picturesque Wimberley, TX, at the newly refurbished Bygone Hotel. Immerse yourself in the local charm, explore nature, and discover unique shops and dining. Each day is filled with yoga, stress relief, and meditation practices, along with valuable sessions focused on emotional release and resilience. Leave with a personalized intention to inspire your journey into the new year.

What's Included
Private room or shared room (2 queen beds when you book with a friend) and fully stocked bathroom.
Entire property booked solely for retreat guests
Access to hotel facilities - heated pool, nature trails, fire pit, sauna, cold plunge.
Nourishing continental breakfast on Saturday and Sunday.
Private farm to table chef prepared meal on Friday and Saturday evening.
Bygone shuttle available to transport to Wimberly to enjoy the town.
Daily yoga practices, guided meditations, breath work and somatic healing.
Small group workshops and discussions, individual journaling and intention setting invitations.
Interactive learning sessions on nervous system reset and crafting your own restore practices.
Yoga mats and blocks are provided, although you may bring your own if you prefer.
What to Bring & Activities not Included
Lunches are not included. Please enjoy the shuttle to Wimberly for many excellent cafes and restaurants there.
The Bygone has a bar that you are welcome to enjoy. The cost of drinks, alcohol, snacks is not included.
Transportation to and from Wimberly, TX.
Please consider packing comfortable clothes that can keep you warm in the cool evenings and shoes that are safe for walks on uneven terrain.
A journal will be very useful. Please consider bringing a journal or notebook to use during your retreat.

3:30 – 4:30 PM → Welcome Circle & Intention Setting (Led by Kelly & Jess)
• Light Breathwork & Body Scan (Led by Kelly)
• "Meaning of Reset" and "Where I hold stress in my body" Group reflection and Journaling (Led by Jess)
4:30 – 6:00 PM → Yin Yoga + Yoga Nidra (Led by Kelly)
• A grounding Yin practice followed by guided Yoga Nidra for deep rest and nervous system downshift
6:30 – 8:00 PM → Dinner (Chef-Prepared Group Meal)
• Farm to Table fresh, nourishing, grounding food
• Casual conversation at a shared table
• After eating there will be time for guests to return to rooms afterward to change into something cozy
8:30 – 9:00 PM → Candlelight Journaling (Led by Jess)

Saturday: Education, Somatic Practice & Integration
7:30 – 8:00 AM → Sunrise Meditation on the Deck (Led by Kelly)
8:00 – 9:00 AM → Slow Flow Yoga for Nervous System Regulation (Led by Kelly)
• Breath-led, gentle movement to activate the parasympathetic nervous system
9:00 – 10:00 AM → Breakfast & Free Time
• Free Time Options: Pool, sauna, nature trail, reading room, journaling, or rest
10:00 – 11:30 AM → Workshop Block One (Split Groups)
• Option 1: Somatic Practices for Emotional Release (Led by Jess)
• Option 2: Therapeutic Nervous System Education (Led by Kelly)
• By the end, attendee will have a grasp of Polyvagal theory, understanding stress responses, identify stress signals, triggers, and regulation tools
11:30 AM – 2:00 PM → Lunch & Extended Free Time
• Guests may leave the property to explore town, grab lunch, or relax onsite
• Onsite options: hike, pool, sauna, reading room, journaling, nap
2:00 – 3:30 PM → Workshop Block Two
• Participants switch and attend the other session from the morning
3:30 – 4:30 PM → Reset / Rest Break
4:30 – 5:30 PM → Nervous System Activation (Led by Jess)
• Be guided into a state of calm energy, ready to be directed towards growth
